What type of hair do you sell?

- We currently sell 100% Virgin 9A and Raw Hair. Textures we provide are Straight, Body Wave, Loose Wave, Loose Deep, Deep Wave, Water Wave, Kinky Straight and Jerry Curl.

Do you keep all hair in stock?

- We try our best to keep all hair in stock. However some origins of hair and textures sell faster. So we focus on meeting the demand of our customers. Straight and Body Wave is normally in-stock. All other origins are easily accessible to us for immediate shipment from our warehouse.

How many ounces come in each bundle?

- approximately 3.5oz

How many bundles are needed for a full sew in?

- 12”-16” needs 2 bundles (depending on head size), 18”-22” needs 3 or more bundles (depending upon the circumference/size of your head), 24” and longer needs 4 or more bundles. These bundle amounts can be used to achieve a natural look. If you desire a fuller look you will need more.

How long does the hair last?

-The length of time our hair lasts depends on how you care for the hair. If you follow our hair care guide and maintenance instructions you can extend the life of your hair. Typically our hair will last for  1 to 2 years.

Can the hair be colored?

-Yes, it can be colored however we do advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions. Even though the hair can be colored, we do not guarantee the outcome of your hair.

Can I cut the weft?

-Hair will last longer if the wefts are not cut. If you need to cut your weft we recommend sealing the ends so the hair will not shed at the point of cut.

Will the hair wave back up again after I have straightened it?

-Yes it will, but the more you straighten the hair the more you will lose the pattern.  It is important to remember that the more you straighten the pattern the more it will relax.

Do I have to do anything special in the morning?

-We advise that you comb your hair every morning. Gently brush your hair from the ends towards your scalp. Starting from the ends keeps the pressure off the weft area and is a good way to maintain the longevity of the extensions.

Do I have to do anything special at night?

-You must NEVER sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. Rolling your hair in rods at night will maintain your curls and limit the amount of heat you have to use on your hair daily. 

Is there maintenance involved with the up keep of this hair?

-Yes schedule your re-attachment service appointments every 5-8 weeks. When washing the extensions we recommend you washing them with high quality sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.

Can I go swimming?

You may go swimming in pools and hot tubs. We recommend braiding your hair or pulling it up into a ponytail before swimming to keep your hair from tangling. It is best to wash your hair right after swimming. Add a spray leave-in conditioner before and after swimming.

How long does it take for hair to ship?

- Once payment is processed and cleared, in 1 to 2 business days hair will ship out standard shipping (3 to 5 business days). Rush shipping (1 to 2 business days) is also available
